RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURNS

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The original seal must be intact

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of smelling salts that have been opened, used, or activated.

HOW TO START A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your product, please return the unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
