How to use

Activate once, before first use

  1. Add half a capful of water to the container.
  2. Close the lid and shake for about 30 seconds.
  3. That is it - the product only needs to be activated once.

Every time you use it

  1. Open the container away from your face.
  2. Hold it about 10-15 cm from your nose and inhale carefully. Never press it against your nostril.
  3. Close the lid tightly straight away to keep the formula at full strength.

One brief inhale is enough. Use only in a well-ventilated area, and read the safety information before your first use.
